UHI designed and built this unique bathroom in the eaves space of a loft studio apartment.

UHI were originally called in to refurbish a bathroom in a small studio flat. Whilst there we saw potential for a slight reconfiguration and suggested relocating the bathroom into an eaves space, this meant the old bathroom could become a bedroom turning this studio flat into a 1 bedroom flat.
